I disagree. Neoliberalism and foments are not common at all. You can even look it up statistically if you would like. We are not a fascist regime just because you don't like every decision. That isn't how fascism works. You still have many freedoms others do not. Is it expensive? Absolutely. Is it fair? No. But there are plenty of Democrats fighting the dumbasses for those rights to become easier. So chill on your "we are in a fascist regime" jargon just because you can't get every single little thing you want.

Foment as much as it could be a synonym for instigate or moving towards as you put it, could also be taken as inspires or motivates an already mobilized force. Maybe it was a poor choice for what you were trying to convey.

I think it's a psychological thing. At my job we have lockers for all the workers in the main bathroom. I don't see it going neutral for that fact alone. But when you get into the bathroom it's fine to relax and rip a fart or whatever. I'm assuming it's the same in the women's room. Or so my sisters tell me.

Not every boss. I do care about the bottom line, because it's my job to guide the team to efficiency. Most of my employees are solid and make managing easy. Where I make my paycheck is making sure all the customers get their shit during the holidays when they all burn their PTO.

You aren't. I was just hired for a great position by not filling out their form. Then they emailed me and asked if I wanted to finish. I said "I won't fill out something that is already on my resume". They had a couple of interviews and a substantial offer. I started last week.

It depends on the position. If it's entry level or some retail job, yes, fill it out. But management or some other position where it's highly specific, this is an absolute waste of my time.

    Yea. We do something similar. It's an electronic allowance. If you use it it's done for the day. I change it for rainy days and vacations if we are traveling in the car or whatever. But it's easy to set up with Google family. And then you can see what they are doing. Not to be snoopy. Just to teach them the right way to protect themselves online. I don't want them to turn 18 and be completely lost.

    My oldest is a gamer just like me. We hang out in discords. That's why I monitor him. It's not necessarily him or the friends I know about that worry me. It's the random pedo like people that can come from many games and many interactions.

    The youngest just watches silly videos and doesn't have a gaming bone in her body. So I just try to make it fair. Since they both need time away.
