Ventoy is an open source tool to create bootable USB drives for ISO/IMG/VHD(x)/WIM/EFI files. With Ventoy, you don't need to format the disk over and over, you just need to copy the disk images to the USB drive and boot them directly. You can have multiple images on the disk and Ventoy will give you a boot menu to select them....

Running a distro in a disk image has always been my favourite install method since wubi came out because a backup was only a question of copying a disk image and a couple of grub config files....
I just found this cool utility a couple days ago and have found that it's a great solution to sandboxed versions of Discord being unable to provide rich presence. It's a Python script that queries the Steam web API to get info to forward to Discord's API. The "installer" sets up a systemd service that will auto-run the script...

I stumbled upon noice a couple of weeks ago. It is a beautiful app. It just plays noise, e.g. bird sounds. You can set a timer, e.g. 5 minutes and it'll stop after that. That's perfect for meditation or sleeping. I'm just a random user who likes the app.
I thought this might interest you Rust folk. This is kinda like an LLVM bitcode to JVM bytecode translator. So run rustc with --emit=llvm-ir (I think that's the flag) and then pass the bitcode image to this program, then get JVM bytecode which you can make a JVM bytecode archive (JAR) from it. This is nice huh? I remember there was a dude here who wanted to make a language called 'ParenScript', I don't know if he wanted to make it Scheme compliant or not but this is a good resource for inspiration....
