@nixCraft and if you ask why, the AI mentions that "Google ... will delete inactive Google accounts ... unless they are used for something illegal." !!
@nixCraft i feel like a good 75% of the issue is relatively unrelated to google though, it's more so the internet being saturated with SEO perfected LLM slop, because I mostly get useless results from DDG too, which is my primary? Or am I just too stupid to do online searches these days I dunno.
@w7voa Not even the Most Powerful Man in the World can afford to disregard the operation of the Rule of Law, a matter in which his predecessor is presently receiving some instruction. The Free World demands reaffirmation of the International Rule-Based-World-Order, no "if's", no "buts".
@georgetakei if your phone is off (i.e. on a plane), or you're out of service area (e.g. cave tour at Mt Shasta), there will be no missed call notification.
News / Pretendo Network: You can now StreetPass your 3DS friends from anywhere in the world!
Have you had trouble finding anyone to #StreetPass for Happy Home Showcase in New Leaf?
If you have, the team at @pretendo have just made it easier! With the latest version of Nimbus (which allows you to connect to the network), you're now able to StreetPass people online from anywhere in the world!
However, it's not that simple. Due to the buggy implementation of StreetPass for some games, you'll only be able to StreetPass people you've friended on your console (well that's 0 for me). It makes use of a feature called StreetPass Relay which was used at Nintendo Zones which allowed you to upload your data and download others.
I think I'll just stick to real StreetPasses for now though (I got 3 in the last year). Anyone reading from the South West or West Midlands?
indie gamedev is spending 3-5 years working on a game with probably at least a couple other people and then you release it and if youre fairly lucky you gross like 20-80 thousand US dollars which works out to $5000 a person a year before tax. it's a very cool and sustainable industry
