I think the thing about not allowing people to block admins is baked into lemmy itself, not something set up for this instance in particular, so not much we can do about that.

They’ll merge it with yt shorts, then rename yt short to tiktok (new) then separate the two again and then shut down tiktok and 1 year later yt shorts as well.

I like the browser, but I liked it more when they where focussing more on the browser itself instead of the AI stuff they’ve been doing recently.

I like the features, but no way that it’s going to stay free.

You can check the public modlog. Unless the user was banned + removal of all comments, it should be visible there.

If something was pulled before it was deleted they’d have it and, subsequently, the deletion record too

As far as I understand, removal by mods is federated and will thus be visible on all instances in the modlog. But not an expert by any means.

As mentioned before there is indeed an API. Please keep in mind that some instances have rules on how to run a bot. On lemmy.world for instance you need express permission from the mods of the community you are using the bot in, you should obviously mark the bot account as a bot account and the name should make it clear that it is in fact a bot.

That would need to be a bot. The problem is that the spammer would just move on to the next community (which they have just done by moving to [email protected] I just put a tool up that automatically notifies a bunch of admins, mods and community team members when a post get’s reported more than 3 times, so please report the posts if you see them.

As far as I understand they had prepared a pretty big warchest, and gas is still worth a lot and is being sold to countries that didn’t commit to sanctions (like China and India).
