So it turns out it's possible to trip on weed if you manage to use too much and also apparently I became a lightweight (regarding everything??) overnight before yesterday. Ask me how I kno- just kidding I know because I got knocked into a trip from one lil gummy and maybe a couple lil dabs <.< :| This was a very weird experience (my first trip! Woooo I guess 😅 ) that's kinda been on my mind 😅 Anyway one thing it did was put me through a bunch of different perspectives and I saw myself as a previous self and was... disgusted, afraid, alone, felt like I was lost far from home 😅 Rough, weird, unpleasant... so that BS is clattering around mucking up 🧠 as if the poor thing weren't already kindof a mouldy puddle of sludge or something.

^ So that experience was a whole bundle of strange and I wanna talk about it but I don't even know what to say 😅

Weird answer maybe buuut... myself, and my dream families and friends. Sometimes I spend all' my time daydreaming and I often come up with critters who end up close to me, sometimes even very close. Between their love and support and my own disregard or outright disdain for various useless opinions of who I'm supposed to be... I'm getting pretty firmly into the DGAF region of my mindspace: I'll be me on my terms. I'll try to be my best me, the Keris in my dreams, but that's my journey to make.

... I'm kinda busted so it's hard to connect with real people any more :-\ 🤷 Was really shocked when I found out the hard way I'd really bonded with some dream critters. Maybe looking up? Afraid to jinx it but these critters I'm staying with seem to have expectations compatible with I can do. I don't think I've actually relaxed yet, but, well, y'know, maybe there's a chance I can start living here. Also they have more time to chat and hang out and even go with me to places sometimes 😅 Ooo, just remembered there's orange juice in the fridge 😅 Couldn't find any Simply Mango at the shop though v.v Grr-hmph.

Anyway I'm doing better. Haven't had any panic attack thingles, haven't even fallen off' the bed. Nervous about life but there's been a little progress and maybe a chance at more. Hoping Duluth has what I need 😅 Rough if it doesn't. Oh, ordered a Tello SIM card. Phone started working sometime on the first, which is when I was headed up here so Idunno if something in Minne (which is a cute name so I like calling it that :P ) was blocking my phone or it was some kinda roaming thing or just they had blocked me but that expired or what, but I'm not looking to play that game again so I'm getting my own phone service. Cheap, shitty phone service but shouldn't leave me stranded because some assholes in Oklahoma did something or didn't do something or just the phone got locked off 'cause I was out of state too long or whatever happened rantble! Bought a bunch of crappy food because it's easy for me and I mostly won't feel like I'll have to ask anycritter anything and I have somewhere to put it and someway to carry it (was driven there, no six-bags-on-a-bus mess >.<; ) and an expectation that I'll likely still be here to use it all. I think that probably means something 😅 Maybe I'll even make it to the bus stop (and Taco John's!! 😻 ) soonish.

Aaany-anyway! I have a lil hope now I think. Am not expected to have everything solved by next week, so I can get some things done when it works for me rather than getting practically nothing done because it's got to all be settled and I can't. Idunno what all that stuff up there is about but wiggles maybe-okayly!

Unfortunately, buses also tend to use tires. And roads. Maybe some melty mould would work, though! Maybe if it somehow targets cars or things used only/mainly by cars, or just use it later when places get walkabler as a response to the damn cars being rendered ineffective. Oh, and maybe light rail can be a bigger thing! Dunno how good that would be but fuck cars!

[Rantble Paragraph] I have two decently nice monitors you can have if you can extract them from my biofam in Oklahoma :D Assuming they haven't just done a bonfire with all' my stuff I left behind. When something goes for so long with no amount of effort ever changing the thing beyond basically a coat of paint... Yeah, what it's doing is clearly the point. A glitch is a glitch but if it's still killing people next week, next month, next year... that's obviously a feature.

Kinda ridiculous to expect people to be mandatorily opted-into a system meant to grind them up then be like "Oh don't worry, it's just in beta and you can submit a bug report if it kills you or something." Yeah sure, it'll be "fixed" any decade now. Just gotta keep paying no matter what doesn't change and eventually something will change!

My plans all fell through and I stood out in the cold waiting for buses kindof a lot. Dunno where I'll be in a week. Can't stay here, can't get anything done a week at a time. Apparently it's still a good thing to manage (what should be, if the buses are on time and the Goog-hole doesn't lie to me!) a twenty-minute food trip but also I'm supposed to figure out housing, health care, phone service (oh by the way, biofam cut off my phone's Internet access whilst I was out. Could easily have left me lost in an unfamiliar area!), income... just everything all at once, this week! Okay, maybe another week! ... And another week! But it's still a week or two so what do I do? Pretty sure I do have agoraphobia enough to qualify for disability stuffs but that'll take a week or just to get the people I was told to talk to about that to even get back to me. Looks like SSI will likely take months to show up... if I can prove I'm disabled enough to get it. So what do I do, hope for a roommate for like one month, and hope that's enough to just magically 'get my shit together' and get my life sorted for at least a few months?

And of course I'm more screwed-up than anyone understands. Was hoping I could get some kinda disability thing that'd get me into a place with people who help autistic and/or mentally ill critters (pretty sure I'm both), but without getting past all' my problems (both the mental ones and the whole "I have nowhere to stay next month" sort of crap) I can't get to any kind of help. Kinda doesn't help to have six million different programs and resources and organizations all offering help they don't have left to give when making one phone call is still about all I can manage in a day. The meds (which aren't really even for mental issues) help a lot but they don't solve the problems, they just cover them up a bit. Still need several kinds of real help but they're all totally beyond me. [Sarcasm] Fun. Idunno how this place (especially this state where there's sooo much help to be had (yeah sure, if only)) is so fucked, how I'm seriously supposed to get anywhere, especially when there are so many others who also can't. Kinda getting angry at the "you can do it" and "advocate for yourself" stuff. Like, I can't even find a way forward over here but I'll just 🪄 ✨ 🏠 💰 :doctor_emoji: and be okay next week! Or next month! Or ever! Something's gotta give and I don't see how it can possibly be anything I can get for myself without a lot more time to manage it and probably some actual guidance or someone actually, and I'm not sure how to explain this, with me.

[Mostly rant] Did I mention I can't even keep up with buses on my phone 'cause my Internet connection through it got cut off? I could get a TextNow SIM or something like that and just let them spy on everything I say or do, but I need an address and time to actually get the thing. Every single thing is blocked by at least one other thing, that's blocked by other stuff, some of which are blocked by the original thing that needed fixing to begin with. What the hell. Life in this country is very much not for living or else it'd be a bit more practical, no? Maybe somecritter from somewhere better will marry me into that place 🤣 Likely. But really, how the hell is anyone supposed to do this? Need an apartment? Have income, sign up for a year! Need income? Sure, here's a job you can apply for, where are you living? Oh. What's your phone number? Oh. Which bus comes here from anywhere else you need to go? Oh. When's it come by? Oh. Maybe you can apply for "benefits!" Just call- oh. Or go to- oh. Just kinda felt like sharing this somewhere 🤷 Kindof a random little rant, but the whole “fuck cars” thing hits a little differently after some time on foot than it did when I just didn’t go anywhere. Didn’t really seem deserving of its own top-level post soooo hopefully nocritter minds if I ramble a little here 😅

Finding myself carless in a city that’s somewhat bus-able, I’ve found myself repeatedly irritated by how unfriendly everything is to foot traffic. There’s very much a feeling of being second-class when I step outside, like “Get the hell off the ground, you’re making the cars feel unsafe!” Often there aren’t even sidewalks, or the sidewalk is only on one side of the road so I’ve got to cross the road to avoid just walking on it (or become a goat and walk sideways next to it on the same side, I guess?). Walking anywhere at all feels like I’m a nuisance to all’ the cars because everywhere I’ve been so far (a bit of Minneapolis, for the curious) is designed for cars and against people. Even crossings kinda piss me off because the whole point of those and everything else traffic-related is the cars, and getting pesky people out of the way of the previous cars.

I kinda wanna move somewhere that isn’t so damn car-happy just to experience it. …And then maybe refuse to leave >:D If only 😅 Maybe I can get adopted as a rescue animal or refugee or something.

Anyway, Fuck Cars! They’re noisy and pollutey and ugly and they’re in my way!

So I’ve kinda been liking buses. Well, “like” is maybe a strong word but they get the job done? My one experience on light rail wasn’t great. Flew in during the evening, got led around a little bit, sat on a train full of smoke 😅 Maybe I’ll have a different experience if I have a chance to try again. Buses during the day, though, pretty comfy. … If I ever get a “life” going maybe my tune will change from some kinda rush-hour bus pain 😅

Worse than driving, though? Hmmmm. At least the bus fights should be more interesting than re-reading bumper stickers for the forty-seven millionth time.
