@gerrymcgovern @lisamelton same can be said about using web browsers and web services to achieve things that your computer can already - like - most webapps have a desktop equivalent .

    @nixCraft @BenjaminHCCarr reminder that BetterHelp also does not pay well their staff, mainly - the therapists - who they treat just like a commodity. So don't use them. Find a physical person to go to. Everyone will win.
