The only Star Trek I've seen is TOS

I have to appologise in advance. Actually I'm only in my early 30s and I watched in during the lockdowns.

I've heard so much about it, it's on my list for sure!

I can only speak from an international perspective but I've taken a plane from Canada through USA a few years ago. During that time Canada had a mask mandate so all of us have to keep our mask on from the airport all the way to boarding. However, once the cabin door closes, apparently, that's when American law kicks in. The mask mandate is lifted according to US law. Maybe US state laws work similarly?

Looks like it mysteriously and, more importantly, seamlessly fit in his home garage as well.

I can't imagine being the original creator watching people demolishing your game like that 40 years on

Operation Harsh Doorstop is an FPS is similar to Squad or Project Reality, a more realistic mod for Battlefield 2 back in the day, and I think it's shaping up to be a great game. Plus it's free to play so you lose nothing.

EA wants to place in-game ads in its full-price AAA games, again ( www.techspot.com )

EA has tried this before, with predictable results. In 2020, EA Sports UFC 4 included full-screen ads for the Amazon Prime series The Boys that would appear during 'Replay' moments. These were absent from the game when it launched, with EA introducing the ads about a month later, thereby preventing them from being highlighted in...

I remember them putting ads on the billboards in Battlefield 2142 way back when.

Sushi would be nice. I have pretty cheap/basic taste otherwise lol. Maybe Korean fried chicken.

He is a bit dickish before the debacle but I also appreciate him jumping on the grenade for telling people to leave bad reviews and refunding.

If anyone's willing to put up with that schedule you might as well try for being an air traffic controller. Way higher salary.

A kbin or mbin instance might have the most amount of federation/least restrictive if that's what you're concerned with. It's not lemmy based, but it's similar.

K/Mbin hides NSFW posts by default and I haven't try turning it off so I wouldn't know how it looks without it enabled.

A kid failed out of university and rather than breaking the news to his family he decided to kill all of them. The murder took place fairly close to where I used to work, might have walked pass the house a few times. He's sent to life in prison.

What's the food young children make in other cultures?

In the US it’s not crazy for kids maybe as young as 6 to make themselves sandwiches like a PB&J/Ham & Cheese either if parents have an emergency, or to take to lunch for themselves because parents didn’t have time. (Or you know, they’re neglectful)...

Instant noodles or rice with fried eggs and/or luncheon meat.

I wonder if it allows auto hiding? If so it would be perfect!

    RandomStickman ,

It would minimise until I move the curser to the left, which then it would pop out. If the curser leaves the tab area it would minimise itself. It used to be a function once upon a time before Firefox changed how extensions work.

I couldn't get used to pressing a hotkey/button to hide/unhide it when the current version came out. I did find some custom scripts that might work from some casual searching though.

The ones used in Myanmar are variants of the FGC-9 which indeed contain metal parts.

Currently the most common method of creating 3D printed guns are buying parts kit and printing the reciver (housing) for it. But the FGC-9 is specifically designed to be able to be made without any controlled parts, including the barrel. Any metal parts used can be bought in a hardware store.

Do you drink milk from the cereal bowl?

Do you drink the cereal-flavored milk straight from the bowl? I grew up doing this because my parents taught me how good that milk tastes. As I’ve gotten older, I feel a little self-conscious about doing it in public. It’s not something I notice other non-children doing....
