i cannot recommend ubuntu for anyone nowadays. luckily debian has become user friendly enough to make ubuntu obsolete for desktop user

wasn't coding but few years ago i needed to download wifi drivers and had to connect to the router via cable. the router was in the small kitchen at work, so i ended up with the laptop on the sink setting up the network connection
