I keep hearing about layoffs, studios being closed and how the industry is troubled. Are companies losing money and sales are poor, or is it the same as Google and other companies laying off people just to pump their stock price and make money despite profitability?

I know they're posting diss tracks against each other, but I'm not sure why? What made this start? And how was J. Cole involved? And how has this feud evolved so far?...

Alright. What’s the lore behind all the jean memes?

Sony announced a ton of layoffs recently, at the same time they announced they will not be releasing any major titles until 2025. Don’t they need staff to make stuff? doesn’t every company? Why all the sudden layoffs, it just doesn’t make sense to me, what am I missing?
